Terroir
Ai to Ibukuro
We operate in a 170-year old Japanese kominka-style house located at “Nagasawa Yado”,
a posting station that once flourished as a tourist town on the Saku Koshu Kaido.
Our selection of vegetables, freshwater fish, and free range animals are all grown and raised with care by local professionals in the rich natural environment of Yatsugatake.
Wild game and mushroom dishes that are hunted in the woods by the chef himself can occasionally be found on the menu.
Our classic & modern French-style dishes are prepared using a combination of nature, local farmers, and chefs.
Our dinnerware is also made locally by artists in Yatsugatake.
We welcome everyone from children to the elderly.
Savor the moment with your loved ones and enjoy Japanese wine and tea from Yamanashi and Nagano and their terroir.
